Use of the Site
By virtue of using this Website, you become its User. Merely by using the site, the User accepts the conditions contained herein.
The User undertakes to use the content and services of the Website properly and diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these terms of use, and to refrain from using said content and services in any way that may prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Website by other users, or that could harm or cause damage to the goods and rights of ARCHIMIA, other users or, in general, any third party.
In addition, and without this list limiting the general scope of the requirement set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User agrees:
a) not to use the Website to introduce or disseminate content or information of a racist, sexist, xenophobic, pornographic, abusive, or obscene nature, that upholds terrorism, incites violence or violates human rights, or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, the honour, privacy or image of third parties or, in general, any applicable laws;
b) not to use the Website to introduce or disseminate content or information of a racist, sexist, xenophobic, pornographic, abusive, or obscene nature, that upholds terrorism, incites violence or violates human rights, or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, the honour, privacy or image of third parties or, in general, any applicable laws;

Intellectual and industrial property
The User acknowledges that all the elements contained or used on the Website (such as images, software, texts and brands) are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of their respective owners or licensees, and undertakes to respect said rights.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow the public to access, through any means of public communication, any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph, without the authorisation of the corresponding rights holders.
Disclaimer of guarantees and responsibilities
ARCHIMIA shall only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of using the website when said damages are attributable to a wilful act by ARCHIMIA. The User fully acknowledges and accepts that it uses the Website at its own risk and sole responsibility.
ARCHIMIA will act diligently, as per the generally accepted uses in the sector, to prevent the presence on the Website of viruses or other harmful elements that could alter the User´s computer system, but it cannot guarantee the absence of said elements and is not liable for any damages that their presence may cause.
Reyan Tuset, accepts no liability for damages arising from, but not limited to:
a) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the user`s equipment and devices due to causes beyond the control of Reyan Tuset, S.A.U;
b) Usage interruptions or outages caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems;
c) Damages caused by third parties through illegal interference in the Website; and
d) The inability to provide the service or allow access for reasons not attributable to ARCHIMIA, due to the User, third parties, or cases of force majeure.
Links to other Internet sites
ARCHIMIA has no control over any sites or content that may be linked from this Website, and accepts no liability for any damages that may result from accessing and using said sites.
The inclusion of these links or hyperlinks does not imply any type of association or ownership of ARCHIMIA with the linked sites.
Changes to these terms
ARCHIMIA may change these terms of use at any time and will publish the new terms of use on the Website so that the User can be aware of them before using the Website. The use of the Website once the terms of use have changed shall mean the acceptance by the User of the modified terms of use.
Applicable law
The provisions contained in these terms of use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
Privacy Policy
Confidentiality and security are core values at Reyan Tuset, S.A.U; consequently, we undertake to guarantee the privacy of the User at all times and not to collect any unnecessary information on the User.
In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which implements the LOPD, we inform you that the use of certain services on our website requires you to provide us with certain personal data through registration forms or by sending emails for the purpose of requesting information or receiving a clarification or an answer to a question. Your data will be processed and entered into our database, which we own and are responsible for. By sending personal information, the User expressly authorises us to process it, though this authorisation is revocable and not retro-active.
We also inform you that our files are legally registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency´s General Registry of Personal Data. To ensure their security, we have adopted all the necessary technical and organisational measures, as required by the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which governs security measures for automated files containing personal data.
In general, providing any personal data on persons under 14 years old without their parents’ or legal guardian’s express consent is absolutely prohibited.
What data we request and for what purpose
The information we request from you is strictly limited to that which is appropriate, relevant and necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Under no circumstances are you required to provide it, save for that requested on forms, which must be filled out in order for us to be able to process the request made. You certify that all the information you provide is true, accurate and relevant for the purpose for which we request it. The User shall be solely liable for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, caused to ARCHIMIA or to any third party as a consequence of providing information on the website forms that is wrong, false, incomplete, outdated or that belongs to a third party.
Our Website collects your personal data through the use of various forms and/or email:
• Within the CONTACT option, we ask for your name and email address in order to send the requested information. Your data will be incorporated into our corresponding Management File.
ARCHIMIA reserves the right to decide whether or not your personal data will be entered into its files.
Rights to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal information
You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete and object, under the terms established by law, by writing to ARCHIMIA at the address shown at the start of these Terms and Conditions and attaching a copy of your ID card for your identification.
If you do not expressly ask us to delete your personal data from our files, we will assume that you are interested in having us continue to store your data until ARCHIMIA decides otherwise, as long as the data are still suited to their intended purpose.
Transfer of data
ARCHIMIA informs you that your personal data are processed with the utmost confidentiality and are exclusively used internally and for the purposes specified. Therefore, we do not transfer or disclose them to third parties, unless the User expressly authorises us to do so and/or when legally required.

In order to ensure the security of your personal data, we inform you that ARCHIMIA has taken all the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data supplied are not altered, lost or improperly processed or accessed, as required by the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, which governs the regulation of security measures for files containing personal data.

In order for us to keep your personal data up to date, it is important that you inform us of any changes; if you do not, we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies.
Commercial communications by email
Keeping in mind that the sole means of communication between ARCHIMIA and the User is via the email address provided, we inform you that we will use this means for all communications with Users, including marketing information or information relating to our website. Consequently, pursuant to Article 21 of the Spanish Act on Information Society Services and E-commerce, which forbids sending commercial communications through email unless previously authorised by the recipient, we inform you that by accepting these terms, you expressly allow us to send you marketing, advertising and promotional materials. However, if you do not wish to receive our commercial communications, you can notify us of this by writing to the address provided above or contained in each email that we send you.
ARCHIMIA accepts no liability under this privacy policy for any personal data that you may provide to third parties through the links available on our Website.
